Erika Toal and Peter Furlong from Castleknock were the couple who had the honour of being the hotels 1000th Bride and Groom.

To celebrate this momentous occasion in the hotels history, Christian Schmelter, General Manager, made a presentation to Erika and Peter of a luxurious two night stay with dinner at the five star Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, Co. Kerry. Commenting on the hotels milestone, Christian noted that,
